There are great options for breakfast and the food is very very fresh. They learnt a lot about sustainability and they did so many activities such as making their own pizza’s for lunch, collecting organic eggs and even learning how to make their own natural insect repellent. There was a different activity each day and the kids loved it. Keeping the kids entertained: The Eco Warrior Kids Program was excellent. They really go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. All the staff are so caring and genuinely want you to have an amazing holiday. The hospitality and customer services at this resort is one of the best that we have received. A huge bath tub, outdoor rain shower and your own private pool are just some of the wonderful features. The villa was so spacious and had beautiful views that we enjoyed everyday. We travelled with our two boys, aged 9 years and 11 years old in July and we stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view villa. This is also a sustainable resort where they have their own chicken farm so that you have organic eggs for breakfast and they also grow a lot of their own produce. There are not many places that leave a lasting impression, but Six Senses Yao Noi definitely did. We just finished the most wonderful 7 night holiday at Six Senses Yao Noi. Considering everything, our experience at Six Senses Yao Noi was just average.… Clearly, our GEM did not bother to check before presenting it to us, which indicated a lack of care for the guests. Additionally, our departure gift, which was a luggage tag, had my name misspelled. It was a terrible mistake and showed a lack of attention to detail. On our last day, when we asked to see our bill before checking out, we were mistakenly sent the account of another guest, which included their personal information. Furthermore, we were addressed by a different guest's name when communicating through the app, and we did not see much of our GEM unless we were going out for an excursion. Since we arrived late in the evening, it wasn't until the next day that the bed was finally made into two separate beds. Upon our arrival, our bed was not arranged as we had requested for two separate beds. We had stayed at Six Senses Samui a few months ago and had a fantastic experience with our GEM there, so we had certain expectations. The biggest disappointment, however, was with our GEM and the front office. We would often find that hand towels or face towels were missing, or sometimes both. The housekeeping service was below standard, as the number of towels in our villa varied each day. On one occasion, we requested some ice, but after waiting for 45 minutes, we decided to go to the Bar instead. There were times when it took a while for a buggy to arrive after we called for one, especially when it was raining. During our visit, the resort was quite busy, which occasionally resulted in slow service. Spending 45 minutes immersed in the soothing sound of the singing bowl was a truly blissful experience. I highly recommend trying the Singing Bowl sessions with Dr. We had multiple treatments at the Spa, which were all expertly done in the spacious Spa villa. They had a dozen flavors to choose from, and they were absolutely delicious. I must also mention the ice cream shop, where they offered free, high-quality homemade ice cream from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. For lunch, we often ordered sandwiches from the Deli Room, which we found to be a wonderful dining concept. Our favorite was the Dining Room, especially the Chef table dinner with Chef Top. The food at the different restaurants in the resort was excellent. Although James Bond island was quite touristy, the excursion remained interesting and exciting, even on a rainy day. We were pleasantly surprised by the sights we encountered. Another enjoyable experience was the morning island tour in a Tuk Tuk. They had set up a table with comfortable beanbags, and we enjoyed the magical hour with champagne and canapes. One of the highlights was the sunset cruise to a secluded island where we had the entire place to ourselves. The resort provided a variety of activities, some of which were complimentary while others required an additional cost. It is definitely worth a trip to Yao Noi Island just to experience it. We stayed at the Ocean Deluxe Pool Villa for 7 nights, and I must say, this resort offers the most breathtaking view.
